    i don't know if Kohler knows what he is saying

    but you are right. if the underwriters relieve shareholders of the obligation to pay the instalments, he will probably get off the hook

    Plus, it appears that Macquarie etc will buy the whole toll road at a discount ie minus the IPO

    that is assuming the underwriters priced BCS fairly.
