He said in an interview today that he made the decision to vote against the resolution to wind up the company because he didnt think it would be possible to take effect. BS of course. If that was true Leightons wouldnt have bothered to buy his vote. Also if he still owns the units and is liable for the payment then he's acted against his own interests. 4.5m might pay for a few more QCs I suppose.
