I tend to agree i can not see the transfer of units but it is very unusual.

The other interesting point is the 4.5mil was paid To Australian Style Holdings which is a different company (seperate ABN) to ASI

This seem that if ASI still owes the $2 payments then ASI can go broke and the funds are in ASH.

I do not have a legal background so not sure wether this can be clawed back if ASI goes into admin. (i would guess that i might be able to
