Having a quick read of the LEI holder notice, section 4(c) of the attached deed says:
"ASI agrees that it will remain the registered and beneficial holder of all ASI Units..."
So ASI is still liabile for millions on his units and was basically paid for its vote? Unless BCS/underwriters aren't going to chase up the unitholders (still a possibility), it looks like Bolton's still in a hole.
