One positive if a consolidation by 10 was actioned, would be that Mr Calavassy would only have 3.4 million to sell!!

I suspect we don't know why he is selling his total holding but I think it is effecting the share price considerably, holding it down.
If for some reason he is forced to sell, then this current sell off is a good opportunity to accumulate, which I hope will be seen as a very low price in the months to come.

A little patience is still require with HYO.
