On the other hand stash, March is only like 49 sleeps away. It is indeed then THE season of action. They have their obligation to the Japanese..... (and to us).
Are not these tender packages supposed to be handed in by the future contractors by mid Jan? For award in Feb for start on 1March?? ( does anybody know the cash position of sfg? Is there money to award a few packages so they can get going?) It is not like they have to build a LNG train or anything difficult!!
