Eventually NTM will continue -- it's these hurdles that need to be cleared - unfort BHP funding the ALC hasnt helped.
But time is the key element here -- we cannot be in ransom where there is a high need resource waiting to be taken at economic times like these..
Once the elections are over -- we hopefully should see some process...
