How long are they allowed to hold this company in voluntary suspension? I want to sell my stock as I am concerned these people don't seem to be able to meet any deadline they set themselves. If there is a buyer coming in, do I not have the right to sell to that buyer when the management have suspended the trading for almost a month? Is this not long enough?
The behaviour of the management is really concerning me...
What can be done to get this back on line?
