I received a reply from MB. They said their limit of $30m could not be reached as directors a Major SH may not have enough to cover costs involved
They strongly advised all shareholder to go to ASIC with a complaint and I would strongly recommend the same as there is more that enough information about inappropriate behaviors
So the problem is not the actions and breaches as they are there, but the lack of money (assets) by those who have acted inappropriately is the issue of not being able to go forward.
