It is not that all ppl lie here, most like me have no idea really what goes on, so is opinion. The reason no one ever agrees much is that flapping about in the wind these companies are only worth $5m market cap, at full steam $120m+, and broke is only a win to the winning creditor. Obviously with kbl there has been a lot of loose finance and bad deals done. The finance they had was narly and meant no shareholder returns for 10 years, unless they kicked of the other mine from a large backer and solved the silly debt deals.
