Read the statement from Allomak. it all makes sense.
The auditor could not sign off on the accounts because the EGM is not until 2 October with some significant resolutions. Assuming these are resolved positively, the accounts can be finalized, signed off by the auditor, lodged and trading recommenced.
The ASX automatically suspends a stock if its accounts are not in by 30 September. AMA just got caught because of the timing of the EGM.
