You claim legal action is in order for a, quote, $2,000 investment?

Not baiting, but assuming integrity is the core reasoning behind any legal action, then I refer you to this post that was made.

So what would a lawyer believe?
If people cannot maintain a consistent story, there isn't much likelihood of any outcome that favors you, IMO.

If credibility of the company Directors is being questioned, then yes, lets put everything under the microscope.

There's nothing to hide, right?
