bubsmark -hard to fault what u say BUT there is stuff that needs to be fixed with this shorting -going long in a company never causes the company to go broke-nor does it cause margin calls to be called in!
So there we have 2 major reasons that shorting needs to be treated differently to people spruiking and going long!! And the causing the company to go broke?? -by making equity finance very very difficult if not impossible depending on how bad the shorting attack is!!
