Of course the past is not serious, the past has been and gone and as an investor i can't make any money knowing or looking at who was short or long and who lost money or made money last year or so. Tomorrow is what matters today imo..
They advertise this on Tv with adverts from superanuation companies at the end to save their necks and it goes like this.
' Past performance is no indication or guarantee of future performance. '
