But that's the whole point - you're not going to secure $6.5 billion for a project that the State Government killed and buried 6 years ago in favour of the 'real' Oakajee, without Government backing, and unless its been approved by the Government.
The Government's reaction of '...who's building what... ?' is quite telling. The finance cannot have been 'secure'.
