    Spoke with MW at the AGM about this when iron ore was really in the doldrums and he mentioned that in his recent discussions with Jindal this wasn't a issue and that LEG had a enforceable position regarding this payment which the auditors were all okay.

    In annual report it's stated on page 5 that $6m in July/August 2015 (unconditional) as confirmed with Jindal on 18th February 2015.

    Don't see this being a problem but will feel a lot more comfortable once it hits LEGs bank account
