    If you google Financial times and Bushveld vanadium you will see that they are planning on a $10mil electrolyte plant to lease Vanadium electrolyte with buyback arrangements....this will considerable reduce the capital costs for VRB.

    This should become universal and thus stabilize V prices..IMHO $20 plus...not bad when you have $4.30 cost.
