    Hi Plough, it is a very good comment you make. I know a little about the med equip/lab equip leasing game. It is pretty common for companies to choose to lease equipment for their labs. However, it is usually a buyer driven choice unless the provider/vendor has a ready made solution they can take to the customer (and at the right interest rate etc etc). I guess you already know that. Where it sometimes comes unstuck is the finance provider gets a bit nervous with providing finance to someone to but a piece of equipment that may be hard to shift if they re-posess it because the original lessee goes belly up. Now, on the last point, it is hardly likely that a hospital will go belly up but that is the second rub. Government funded hospitals have traditionally been averse to leasing. If someone can find a sensible solution to those two issues then it could work well. GLTA
