I find sub 1 to be too risky in that it might not move for 12 months or more. Obviously 3,4, or 5 will take longer to double bag. I like around the 2c mark. Thoughts?

You should also study the volumes traded of a particular stock on a given day, if tgere is a general upward trend
Announcements on the horizon

Once you are confident then try to learn charting techniques
