Brian doesn't seem (to me) to be committing EVG to placing shares for 10c. The first payment of $3M to Inthecrapalot isn't due until the end of May, nearly three months away, and the timing of the sale of up to 75M shares is similarly "over the next few months". If the share price rises to say 15c or more in that considerable time, why would Brian fire-sell shares for 10c and dilute his own (never mind our) holdings unnecessarily? Or do they believe (or somehow know?) that EVG will need to raise a significant part of the $4.5M earmarked for Ecuador work quite soon, before any price-pumping drill results can come in?
Your theory may possibly explain the seeming price weakness, but if so I'm not worried. I'm more interested in whether EVG is a leaky ship, because IMO drill results are the primary price arbiters, at least until Las Lagunas starts producing.
