I have been concerned with your recent posts so much so that I sought advice from a Doctor friend (It cost me a carton of Crownies, but never mind I will wipe it off the profit I am making on ROY shares).
He suggested the symptoms I described indicate the person may be suffering from a chronic infestation of Pthirus Pubis, which can if left untreated lead to a person making rash and ill informed judgements progressing to paranoid schizophrenia.
He has advised that anyone who may have this condition should seek urgent medical help.
