Which is why they have abandoned the world wide launch, put the USA on hold, and changed their tune about ANZ region being too small (1%) a market to get priority launch.
Hopefully Europe can be cranked up pretty soon too, with good feedback to back up the FDA’s concerns and demands.
This should have happened years ago of course. Big mistake by management in my opinion. There is no substitute for revenue to pay your way.
