Leaky ship........I smell an announcement, page-11

What I can’t get my head around is that it has been almost 2.5 months since SPL vaguely told the market (sneakily without revealing they had received a CRL) that the FDA required confirmatory clinical data (whatever that means but SPL were content to let investors speculate on that for weeks).

So all this time later, SPL have still not been able to arrange a follow up meeting with the FDA. I’m still not sure why SPL need to pay expensive US based consultants to help arrange a meeting in the first place. It reads to me that it could be some lengthy time before SPL announce that a meeting date had been set, and then of course this meeting is likely to be months down the track. So my guess is the FDA meeting will be in the second half of CY19. So it is likely a long wait is required to find out what the FDA require before SPL even start planning follow up action.
