My understanding is that the silver buying price that the Mint is paying, would be for the actual silver content of the material sent to the Mint,I have not seen any assay results from AYN but one would assume that the number of ounces produced would be actual silver, the Mint will charge a margin for Processing their Dor'e into 99.9 ag.
The Perth Mint silver page gives their buying price, the buying price seems to vary depending on what web site you look at.
