bkueballs, at the risk of seeming fastish, you haven't read the announcement carefully enough.
The announcement says quite clearly that Mr Morgan has APPLIED for $500k worth. Not that he has purchased or paid for them - the ann. also makes it clear that his application is subject to shareholder approval. Application can be withdrawn.
I'm not meaning to be nit-picking here, but the company announcements are definitely geared to the super-spin. Production targets are changed, but not so that anyone would notice easily. April's production is trumpeted - but it is half the 21st November 2011 forecast for December 2011.
Mr Morgan's commitment to the company is undoubted - he has lent AYN $750k to keep them going until the CR is finalised - but he has not purchased any shares, and I doubt that anyone else has paid for them yet either: I'm sure the company will tell us when the money is in the bank. That should at least give the sp some support.
