Silver, i personally do not know the directors, however what you have said about history repeating itself does concern me somewhat.
Not being one to throw stones without some solutions how about the board consider the following action to resolve the very obvious issues within the company:
Work with a large, reputable and experienced PR company to fix the communication issues and IMO poor quality ASX releases and overall release strategy
Release details of planned roadshows to shareholders
Work with a large, reputable and experienced Marketing agency to create marketing collateral, presentations and video demonstrations on all products which can be accessed from the website.
Get someone on the board that has mobile experience ASAP. Maybe Peter O'Neil could be offered a board position or one of the other senior management team that have mobile industry backgrounds?
Get a new CEO that has a proven track record in a public company. Someone that has built a successful global business within software, technology or mobile.
Release some financial forecasts to shareholders.
Don't just launch products and then not communicate anything to the shareholders about them; have case studies on the website or release details to the market of clients using our products.
If members of the board cannot commit the time needed then they should be honest with themselves and resign and replace themselves with people who are committed.
Just my thoughts, its really not that hard to fix these and turn this company around.
Best Regards StrikeForce
