I am a new poster but not a new shareholder in MOT. I normally just read and take on board some of what other posters are saying. I have remained very positive with this stock for the last 4 or 5 months or so, however i cannot help but now add my two pennies worth as this has turned into a bit of a shambles.

Pro's

Some good acquisitions in a relatively short time frame
Mobile is undoubtedly a very fast growing and great industry to be in
The company has raised some good capital to grow the business
They seem to have some good products. Especially mOne and Lemon + Lime

Con's

The communication to shareholder on financials or future plans is very poor
The board do not seem to have any experience in mobile whatsoever
Hoath resigning when he is such a large shareholder and is the one with the mobile experience is very concerning and highlights issues at board level
Roadshows keep apparently about to be commencing but nothing seems to eventuate, why?
There has been no announcements on clients who are using mOne, why?
The CEO doesn't seem to be liked by the shareholders much and looking at the SP and the poor communications and general lack of info since he took the role on i can see why
The financial results released to date have been disappointing
I can't help but think some board members are focused on other things (FMJ)
They announced the launch of Chucky in the USA, yet i cannot find any further info on this, why? Is it launched as they said and if so why no update?
I saw after reading a post on here a website for another product; Zappit which sounded exciting and there was a count down to launch. Where has this website gone and what is happening with this product now?
Why does the Motopia website not have product information downloads, industry news or even video demonstrations of its products?

As you can see i think there are a lot more cons than pros here. All the cons are easily fixable though which is one positive here i guess. I just hope the board is focused enough on MOT to make the changes needed and bring in the right people to the business to sort all of these issues out and quickly.
