Because when i read a thread title "$4 valuation" followed up by young investors "mortgage free by the end of the week" i feel compelled to at least offer up some opposing views, some food for thought. Having been sucked into the hype train during my early investment years i know how devastating it can be to not do your own research and risk assessments. Doesn't mean i think it's a bad investment, but there are sometimes bigger factors out of our control to consider. I sense my pragmatic approach isn't well received amonst the hyperbole, so most likely will just leave it at that. Good luck all.
