Because this has now had a lot more interest in the past few days? Its helpful for people like jaskpara to post their previous insights as without knowledge of history it is bound to repeat itself. This project is not risk free, and while less risky than LINC/cougar it is good for us to have conversation over these risks to make informed decisions.
