Correct me if I'm wrong, but are you using $2/GJ value in ground for 2P reserves???
Most companies would kill for that sort of value, which may have been acheived in the peak of the CSG boom.
A more sober value might be $0.50 to $1 per GJ for undeveloped 2P, which is more in keeping with current market numbers. It is still an uplift from here, but not to the levels you are suggesting.
