One current fact, as pointed out by chichi last week was that the half-yearly financials (for which the three accountants were in attendance doing their auditing bit) are now historical - they cannot be changed. So why do we get Optiscan's lame excuse that they can't be announced due to management organising funding arrangements.

chichi says "if it's all a mess, then so be it. Can't be changed, but it must be presented"

They are now well overdue. It's a blatant disregard to all shareholders - and not the way to run a public company. I would also have thought that they must be in breach of one or more of the ASX rules and regulations.
