Really? Someone was given a cease and desist? Surely not.
Talking about open accounts but not about active accounts smells like cherry picking to me. Equals duplicity to me also.
I'm just hoping people haven't got too over invested in a company which has a long, long, long way to go to produce meaningful revenue and which is also burning through cash like it's going out of fashion.
