Re-instatement to quotation and retirement of receiver on orders from Court of Appeal. Surely that's a positive for CHm in it's bid to unravel this mess?
It's a better result for the moment than some of the predictions of the bush laywers on here, anyway, who catergorically stated it'd NEVER trade again.

And what're these suggestions of corruption at the highest level in the legal system? I'd be a bit careful what I wrote if I were you....you never know who might be watching in the wings.
