The extract below comes from the recent court judgement that determined that CHM only needed to pay the early termination fee.
"20 Tensions escalated in 2010 when oral settlement discussions took place directly between Murchisons solicitors and the Funder. Apparently Murchison indicated to the Funder that it might be prepared to pay a particular amount in settlement which CHM regarded as inadequate. The parties had different views as to how any settlement proposal from Murchison should be handled."
This is not from the media but from the judges own hand.
Now I have a question for you.
If the funder was to receive 40% of offer which is what was also disclosed in this judgement and a third party (CFE) was prepared to put in $9 million to make funder go away how much do you think MMX is offering.
As I said before just because the judgement runs for more than a few lines you should really take the time to have a read of it as it is quite enlightning.
