profoundly sorry to disappoint CHM holders but I believe that subject of MMX offer is bit of media mix-up and a lot of wishful thing on the part of CHM holders.

If you remember when the judge heard the closing statements and adjourned the case he instructed the parties to iron out a few outstanding issues.I could of course be wrong but I think all the rumours about MMX making a new settlement offer comes from there and probably there is nothing to it.

In my humble opinion MMX had plenty of chances to settle before or even during the time the case was being heard and most probably made an "offer without prejudice" which is the last try to avoid a costly and boring trail and not necessarily an acknowledgement of liability.

What doesn't make sense cannot be true. I do not believe all the stories about MMX new offer and am ready to have lots of egg on my face if I'm wrong LOL

Just cuz something is printed in paper or online news doesn't mean its accurate and true.
