Last Q's was saying if not acting lawyer someone else - Which it obviously is - sort of stupid q i guess but u get the drift.

The 90% is only a guess of course but even lawyers would be expecting a settlement. Especially since they had stated that they thought the 5% Koh & Evans case was strong & settled for $6m.

I'm not guessing the amount.

a settlement will almost be ashame in the end if it happens as would not give any one personal satisfaction on HC as no one really proves who was right.

Channel 10 has pushed neighbours to digital channel for 2 hours of News & current affairs - surely they could dedicate 1/2 hour of that to this battle LOL
