We know something from cfe thread..CHM want 10% of Jack....most agree jack worth 800 mill...So we have a starting figure for chm..that is 80 mill...everyone in every negotiation asks for more than they will eventually accept....so the wish of 10% might well be satisfied somewhere between 2.5% and 5%..expect to see settlement of around $30 million...of which $9 will go to ILP,leaving chm with around 20 odd mill...debt free....2 billion shares....value around 1 cent per share plus any value attributed to tenements...
