mooroolbark, I just saw your post on a class action (sorry you were in this dog- losses everywhere, it seems), and others have spoken of organising a class action. The lawyers (Slater and Gordon, Maurice Blackburn, IMF) are onto it, and it would be likely that no-one would have to spend a dime upfront seeking out their own lawyers.

Dunno how much money people could get back, but imo, this one is worth putting names down for if/when the lawyers set it up.
