You can simply file a complaint with the ASX and they will promptly review. I filed one on a company and they responded within a week and took action after I pointed out their initial mistake in reviewing the matter.
Bottom line you need to be suing JHL over her lack of fiduciary leadership of the company, not this lawsuit. At worst HIL loses a couple million - at best they lose nothing. The reason they havent disclosed it is its not material in their minds. The total contract value is only $4-5million, so the margin and the vendors piece of the deal would be a fraction of that.
Of course, JHL also thought it would have gone away long ago and hasnt so that tells you something is afoot. Transparency is not her biggest asset and certainly not one she can sell off.
