Bottom line is it sounds like a major business activity that may or if not has effected the SP and should have been reported to its holders. It's now publicly listed on court documents and avalible to anyone and they still haven't recognised it.
I want to know the date of the first legal engagment and have a full review carried out by the ASX.
Don't ignore this Hills it can't be swept under the table.
