You are right ACC does encourage bad corporate behaviour, as evidenced by Pike River. The guys on the tools know what needs to be done to have safety but they aren't listened to.
Unions have their problems but often they highlight such issues.

Bookchin pointed out that anarcho-syndacalism is a negative ghost of a system which never existed and is somewhat idealised.

Foucault was sympathetic to the anarchists and influenced by Nietzsche. I certainly don't agree with everything he said but he made the study of power relations his focus.
His argument with Chomsky is very good and should be the mainstream rather than at the fringes.
He said rather wryly that he wouldn't like to describe any kind of ideal society (as Chomsky confidently did). Then correctly in my view identified the main political task.

I agree strongly with such a view but reject any assertion that this would be "anti-corporate". Instead it's just saying if this institution exists it needs to be subject to scrutiny.
Such scrutiny when applied objectively to large corporations would likely result in their destruction but this is a non-partisan view. We could go to examples but perhaps better not as you say.
I would suggest to you that most effort in society is applied to arguing about money, which is a waste.
As Plato said necessity is the mother of our invention, people do amazing things when constrained by a lack of resources. We can't dispute the positives of industrial development.
