On researching further, I find 2 other listed companies that raised money for litigation funding and class actions. One was Hillcrest Litigation. The other Legalfund. Both found the going too tough after exhausting SH funds it seems. Hillcrest became Bubs Australia.
So no, the diversification word is not to be thrown around carelessly in legal services.
