Has anyone done the figures on potential profit and book value...

Has anyone done the figures on potential profit and book value for the company. With under 50mil shares on the register, no debt and profit rolling. I'm finding it hard to understand why the sp is yet to move in an upward trend. Surly the assets would have to be worth more than the 13mil market cap.
Interesting times, but with a PE of 5 and a P/BV of 0.8
