From what I know, they have submitted an application and deposited a Filing Fee

I am not aware that the Mining Department has taken official cognizance of it

The legal procedure would be to post the application on the bulletin board outside the door of the Mining Department. The notice will show a map, a deadline for objections and a date for a Wardens Hearing

The legal procedure also requires publishing in a newspaper (normally Post Courier)

I have not heard or seen either, but I may be wrong
I guess someone will call my attention on this board immediately if the posting or publication has been done
