You know what I think?
They are just playing by the books. They don't care too much about what the SP is today because they are focused on getting their assets in the clinic and presenting their findings accordingly.
They are looking for a partnership or take over. No one is selling their shares on the side they are all holding out till big pharma comes along.
And when big pharma do come knocking I'll be right there with them to cash in my stack of chips.
