Let me ask you the question if you had over 70 million shares ( as has Paul Hopper ) and you were also on the board do you think you would want the share price to be held low leading up to a takeover bid?
The recent share price drop in my opinion is simply supply and demand i.e Imugene has about 4800 share holders and at the moment there is simply a few more sellers than buyers a situation that can change very quickly
