Yes US$1000 is definitely not out of the realms of possibility given company form. If the steady state cost were that high I wouldn't be comfortable investing.
I'm in the camp of waiting another quarter or two. Cash balance is a concern for me. I know it goes against company philosophy but surely if gold gets up over US$1300 it might pay to lock in some short term hedging until the service shaft is complete. I guess maybe a capital raising
isn't a major risk if they have the bankers on side.
