I also don't hold any REITS so I kind of look at URB as my property exposure (along with BKW). SOL coming into fashion is pretty interesting considering a lot of analysts were saying that is was over priced around the $17.00 mark a little while ago (not that there is must coverage of SOL in general because they find it pretty boring). I thought it must have peaked at $19.00 but has just kept on climbing even though there hasn't been a dramatic rise in any of the underlying investments.
