    As I understood it was offered with vacant occupation and the yield is less than 4% on the sale price. I think its just become too expensive for a chemist to occupy the space retail in that area seems to command up to $15,000 per sq metre. That's far too rich for a chemist in my opinion. So I think it's out with the nostalgia and face the reality that it needs an international tenant...

    I don't know what initiated the sale was it the decision to close the chemist or was it a decision to sell the property.

    I think it is about time. A great profit that we could deploy elsewhere...
