I was just doing some rough maths on the projected income if the deal goes ahead... it is cheap based on the 2.7 billion SOI if the deal gets done.

So they have a 1,000,000 and they need to raise 5 to get deal done - is this a classic pump to CR????

I ask this and then think why haven't any big guys sold to take advantage of same ( lower SP inevitable at CR) take profits and free carry - perhaps a pact to stay strong... got me intrigued!
